Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MiNiM3 — the Chrome extension, the minim3.ai website, and the associated services (together, "the Service"). By installing or using MiNiM3 you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
MiNiM3 is an AI assistant that works inside Gmail and connects to services you authorize (such as Streak CRM and Google Workspace) to perform tasks you direct: drafting emails, logging CRM notes, creating tasks, running workflows, and similar. The assistant acts on your instructions; you remain responsible for reviewing its output before relying on it or sending it to others.
2. Beta status
MiNiM3 is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed; data formats may migrate; availability is not guaranteed. We appreciate bug reports and feedback, and we may contact beta users about their experience.
3. Accounts and licenses
- A license is for one person. Don't share license tokens.
- You're responsible for keeping your license token and connected-service credentials secure.
- We may suspend or revoke licenses that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use MiNiM3 to send spam or unlawful communications, to access accounts or data you aren't authorized to access, to violate the terms of Google, Streak, Anthropic, or other connected services, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service's backend.
5. Fees and AI usage
Paid plans are billed by Stripe per the pricing shown at purchase. Plans include AI usage subject to the rate limits of your tier; we may throttle usage that exceeds them. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Beta licenses issued free of charge may be time-limited or revoked when beta ends.
6. Your data
Your content remains yours. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate; you are responsible for verifying it before acting on it. MiNiM3 is not responsible for actions taken in your connected accounts at your direction.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiNiM3's total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time; uninstalling the extension and requesting account deletion removes your data per the Privacy Policy. We may terminate access for violations of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date and announced in the app. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
